- Average Room: HK$5,000 - HK$6,000 per month
- Big Room: HK$6,000 - HK$8,500 per month
- (please note it is based on different location / size, example a room in
Causeway Bay at HK$5,000 per month is consider small - average vs. a room in
Sham Sui Po at HK$5,000 per month is much bigger in size )
Studio: your own very small apartment, own privacy with own bathroom. - Rent from HK$6,000 - HK$12,000 per month include all bills.
